After a exciting and tensed draw, everyone were looking for the death groups. And all of them guessed right !!! This year’s draw took some headlines after having two death groups and return of some old football giants after a long period of time. UEFA Champions League 2018 is going to start from 18th Sept with some interesting matches on the first matchday itself. Inter Milan are back in the Champions League for the first time since 2012 and after the biggest summer transfer of this year… Yes, Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus is going to face his former club Manchester United as they are drawn in the same group.
Coming back to the two death groups which are Group B and C. Spurs handed tough draw against Barcelona and Internazionale in group B and Liverpool meet PSG and Napoli in group C. This year’s UCL also have some different timings for broadcast as they have to increase the revenue of UEFA as well as the huge support coming from Non European Countries.
GROUP A :
Diego Simeone’s squad will not be tension free as they are going to have some tough and young opposition. Dortmund are looking after this week performance and hoping to continue their run. But on the other hand to stop their in-form run, Club Brugge is ready. Monaco and Atletico Madrid were little bit struggling in their latest league fixtures.
GROUP B :
After 3 times knocked out from UCL in quaterfinals, Barcelona seems to come strong in this year’s UCL. But they have to face some strong opposition. Spurs and Inter both suffered defeats in their latest league matches and now both are looking to come strong against each other. On other hand, Barca struggled for win against Real Sociedad but PSV will be coming strong as they beat Den Haag by scoreline 7-0.
GROUP C :
Napoli just won a thrilling match against Fiorentina. But Crvena zvezda beat Radnik Surdulica by six goals. PSG are in their purple patch and Liverpool took the revenge on Spurs and Klopp finished the Wembley jinx.
GROUP D :
Lokomotiv Moskva is going to take on Galatasaray as they look steady in their league whereas Porto with a drew and Schalke with a defeat (in their league matches) are going to meet each other.
GROUP E :
One of the UCL giants Bayern München are drawn with a bunch of easy teams. But all the three teams are coming with a win in their latest fixtures and going to meet each other with their confidence at high level.
GROUP F :
One of the UCL favourite’s Manchester City already have one foot in the Round of 16. At the end of all matches in this group, all will be looking for Manchester City to be leader.
GROUP G :

But they should be careful as Roma are the latest edition of comeback squad.Plzeň earned a famous home win against CSKA Moskva in their last group appearance and will be out for a repeat.
GROUP H :
Juventus been successful in arriving Cristiano Ronaldo this summer in their squad and they have been drawn with struggling Manchester United in their league. Valencia is going to act as a shocker for Old Lady as well as for Red Devils.
